A twenty five year old born and bred Bulawayo photographer Gift Mpofu known as Steve, takes his artistic skill further.The young talented photographer is the founder of Steve photography .
” Growing up i had love for photography and i was inspired by Warren Media ,Mr Mkoneri,Hendrik and Charming Images,they mentored me and helped me to produce the best”, he told Bano newspaper in an interview.
Steve is challenging the government to fund artists as he is also facing lack of funds.There is no enough equipment and upto date equipment to do bigger projects.
A multi talented photographer is also a member of the Unique Free Souls Organisation which ,is a none profit making organization which helps orphans and vulnerable children .The organization seeks to equip skills to the children in order to lead a decent living.
In an interview Steve went on to say, ” i also teach these children how to use the camera it’s a way of earning a living and making your dream come true” .
